The competition has been held on 22 - 23 April 2006 at MRCS Miri Chapter and Mr Vincent Sim as Organizing Chairperson. For this year, there are more youth from various schools who took part in this competition compare to last year. This include SM Sains, SMK Lutong, SMK Chung Hua, SMK Subis, SMK Luar Bandar, SMK St. Columba, SMK St. Joseph, SMK Pujut, and also SMK Taman Tunku. Below is the results for the competition:-

To prepared for the National Level First Aid Competition that will be going to be held in the year 2007, MRCS Sarawak Branch has organized an Inter Chapter First Aid Competition in order to choose a team from Sarawak to representing State for national level first aid competition.

Inter-Chapter First Aid Competition has been held on 2nd - 3rd December 2006 at Institut Perguruan Tun Abdul Razak Kota Samarahan. For this competition, Miri has send a combine team consists youth members from two school that is SMK St. Columba & SMK St Joseph.

Miri team has emerged as Overall Champion and Best Bandaging & Immbolizing Relay for that competition as the results of the hard work from the trainers and also the members.
