MISSION STATEMENT

District Governor, Lion Dr William Voon Ewe Huat, calls on all Lions in District 308-A2 to:

Reach Out to Our Community

&

Reach Out to Fellow Lions

We need to both ATTRACT as well as RETAIN members.

We need to SERVE FROM THE HEART, to play down all secondary goals that may over-shadow our objectives.

We need to OPEN UP, carry ourselves and do things that will be perceived by Our Community and Our Fellow Lions in a positive manner.

District Governor Lion Dr William Voon, stresses on the need to REACH OUT TO FELLOW LIONS to strengthen the bonds that keep the Lions happy together. He urges us to implement the following actions:
REMEMBER the Dedications, Deeds and Contributions that our fellow Lions have done in the past, in the name of the Lions movement, and overlook their occasional weaknesses

 

REPAIR any ill-will that might have transpired in the course of rendering services to Our Community, in the name of the Lions movement, and to be Mindful of our Words and Actions, so as not to antagonise our fellow Lions

 

REBUILD our Fellowship, Friendship and Understanding of each other to enable us to work effectively and efficiently as a team to serve Our Community better

POLICY STATEMENT

District Governor Lion Dr William Voon, calls out to all Lions in District 308-A2, to accept the following CHALLENGES to make Our District 308-A2, a District that we can all be proud of:
Recruiting more New Members
Retaining Existing Members
Organising Lions Clubs Friendship Day
Embarking upon New Club Extension
Forming New Century Lions Clubs
Promoting the Formation of Branch Lions Clubs
